Launch X431 IMMO Plus Failed to Update X-prog3 Firmware?

 Question: 

Trying to do a firmware fix of Launch X431 IMMO Plus, it failed me and said “Failed to update the anti-theft key matching adapter firmware (x-prog3).” Any solution?

Solution:

If had this error, there is something wrong with the x-prog3 adapter.

Need to send back to repair.
